What I love about being a self employed Complementary Therapist is choosing when I work. As a Mum of two young boys it has been great to be able to plan my work schedule around school pick up and school holidays. As well as that, I have dogs at home who need my attention and walking every day, I absolutely love that I have the space to do all of this.
However, the most important thing about working as a practitioner is that I choose to do a job that I love and earn a living from providing a loving space for others to come and receive my treatments and training.

At the School I have a couple of training courses that do not require any previous experience in massage, they are accessible to everyone, this is one way to get a taste of the Complementary Therapy industry.
 
Beauty Facial; This workshop is great for anyone who wants to learn how to provide this soothing and gorgeous treatment. 
Facials are sought after by clients and they offer a relaxing and beneficial treatment.
This one day workshop is suitable for complete beginners and covers theory and practical.
All equipment needed for the workshop, including a training manual, will be provided on the day.
At the School, we use Neal's Yard Organic products.
 
This one day training course aims to give you the skills, knowledge and proficiency to practice a Facial and either, add to your skill set and complement your therapy practice, or as a great gift to loved ones!
 
On this course you will receive comprehensive guidance notes and information, as well as continued support from me, following successfully passing your practical assessment at the end of the workshop.
