Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLDM) is a gentle technique that aims to stimulate the lymphatic system, removing congestion and stagnation from within the body. Subtle manual moves activate lymph and interstitial fluid circulation, as well as stimulate the functioning of the immune system and parasympathetic nervous system. Helps reduce oedema, cellulite, stimulates the immune system, detoxification and helps regenerate tissue.
You will learn skin brushing and some gentle Gua Sha techniques using a thicker stone. And we will discuss some of the Brazilian styles of Lymphatic Massage

- This course is suitable for those who have a certificate in Level 3 Full Body Massage and A & P.
- All items required for the Manual Lymphatic Drainage Course will be provided on the day.
- This course will award you 7CPD points and is accredited by The Complementary Medical Association and IPHM and is insurable through Westminster Insurance.
