I want to deliver to you the very best experience.
Enrichment days, and possibly weekends, will bring you a combination of enriching workshops, great food and uplifting company. I want you to go away inspired, nourished and nurtured.. and with a few great skills and tricks up your sleeve.
On Enrichment days, I am running; 2, two hour workshops. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. During these workshops you will give and receive practical massage sequences of my selection. I will also choose to share some aromatherapy sessions, Anatomy sessions and other interesting subjects.

You can come as a couple, with friends or by yourself. You will be made extremely welcome and partnered with others to share the enrichment experience if needed.
- We will provide a nutritious, vegetarian lunch and refreshments for the day... you just need to bring comfortable clothes that you are happy to stretch in that may get oily and possibly a couple of towels. Course details will be sent upon booking.
- All equipment and products will be provided for the day.
Enrichment will be held at The Wessex Health Network, Christchurch
Important: I can only run these session if there are a minimum of 6 people participating. So please share with you friends and family and come along for what I can promise you will be a truly Enriching Day. Enrichment is open to anyone over the age of 16, providing you have no contra-indications. No previous massage experience needed.
NB. Enrichment will also develop into Kundalini Yoga Days and Weekends in 2019.
