5 Elements Reflexology
Reflexology is energetic medicine as well as focusing on the anatomy and physiology.. we are looking at how we can unblock the energetic pathways as well as the neural pathways within the entire holistic systems of the body.
During this training we will look at Traditional Chinese Medicine and Quantum physics.
"Chinese medicine and quantum physics in the same conversation !!!
Absolutely.. because they share so many similarities, when we talk about TCM it’s all about energy and energetic expression of all that is in nature, and, when we talk about quantum physics we talk about energetics and frequency and how processes, movement and change all occur to create matches and entanglement to be realised.. all matter in nature is energy and looking for balance and harmony. Yin/Yang, polarity, rhythms, homeostasis etc....
On this advanced Reflexology training, we will look at our clients in the context of energetic medicine and the bio field of our organ systems. which means we will look at the thoughts, feelings, emotions, experiences and lifestyle choices of the person to assess how that impacts their overall wellness.
You will learn how to use Jade stone Gua Sha techniques and use a Rosewood stick, both of these tools are used in Traditional Chinese Medicine bodywork and I am delighted to have incorporated these wonderful tools into this training course. These techniques also dramatically reduce the stress and strain on your finger and thumb joints to prevent repetitive injury.
What students are saying about this training;
“ As a Reflexologist interested in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I needed to find a way to incorporate some of the great techniques I had come across into my practice. The 5 Elements Reflexology course was the perfect answer. Anna's incredible knowledge and skill helped to bring the concepts to life and provided an advanced method which has proved to be exceptionally effective. I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to advance their reflexology skills, and to understand how working with energy can maximise the benefit to the client”
