It is with such privilege and delight that I bring you an accredited CPD Anatomy and Physiology training course for Yoga Teachers. As a Yoga Teacher myself, I was immersed and educated with Yoga philosophy, and the practice of teaching Kundalini Yoga and Sikh Dharma. What a completely awesome training course it was and I left fulfilled and ready to teach.
I was aware that there was a gap in Yoga Teacher Training programmes having already been invited to teach A&P for Integral Yoga, Simon Low Academy and Good Vibes London. I also experienced this on my Kundalini Yoga TT, as little was taught on the overview of the anatomical structure and functions.
I have been studying A&P for 25 years and teaching this subject since 2006.
I have now written and bring to you this comprehensive and inspiring training course which I offer to you with all my passion and love, from my geeky heart.
