Chakra Balancing Practitioner Course
In the world of complimentary therapy and many spiritual and healing disciplines, the word Chakra pops up often.
This course will take you through the 7 Chakras, what a Chakra is and what the Chakra system is all about.
This training will cover theory of Chakras and energy fields, Chakra disharmony and then a number of techniques and applications to balance the Chakra energies, including; affirmations, crystal stones, essential oils, diet and nutrition, singing bowls, sound mantras, mudras (hand gestures) to name a few.
Chakras are the power stations of our body. They are wheels of light and energy that bring our physical body to life.
Sometimes Chakras become blocked because of stress, emotional or physical problems. If the bodies energy system cannot flow freely, it is likely that problems will occur.
The consequence of irregular energy flow, may result in physical illness and discomfort or a sense of being mentally or emotionally out of balance.
If you work with your Chakras regularly, you will eventually gain an insight into what life is all about and a deeper knowledge of yourself.
Balancing your Chakras not only heal and energise your body, mind and spirit, but what you learn and understand in the process can transform your life. You can gain confident, courage, self esteem, love and compassion for yourself and others and your personal qualities can shine.
With this qualification, you can work as a Chakra Balancing Practitioner or apply the modalities to your existing practice.
