Body Scrub with Massage

Seated Acupressure Therapy

A massage sequence for your upper body, performed through clothing or with oil, whilst sitting in an ergonomically designed chair. Using thumbs, elbows, forearms and bamboo sticks, these acupressure points and percussive techniques effectively relieve tension and stiffness. This massage boosts your circulatory and immune system, realigns and balances the flow of energy (Qi) throughout your body leaving you feeling relaxed and calm yet energised and alert.

Cupping
with Massage and Gua Sha

Using glass fire cups to draw skin up by suction subsequently mobilises Blood and Qi stagnation.

Pregnancy Massage

For second and third trimester to help aches and pains, reduce swelling and preparation for birth. Using Hot Basalt and a little cold marble, this treatment is done in a comfortable side position. Some reflexology and facial massage included. Organic Coconut Oil used.

Thai Table Massage

Performed on the table, either with or without oil, (through clothing.) This massage opens and balances your energy channels. Using thumbs, palms, feet, knees and elbows. With a combination of acupressure, reflexology and deep assisted stretching. This massage is an excellent treatment for natural healing and well-being.

Reflexology

A specialist deep acupressure massage for your feet, where all your internal organs and body structures are mirrored. Reflexology improves blood supply and nerve impulses; therefore, balance, harmony and good health is restored & maintained within your body. An exceptionally relaxing treatment. What can I expect from my treatments?  

You can expect to treated with care and consideration. You can trust that we observe a strict code of confidentiality and that your well-being is our priority. You will have a consultation at the beginning of your session to agree what your treatment or therapy will involve. Each client has unique needs, if you wish to continue a course of sessions, this can be discussed. We provide a peaceful, beautiful and safe place for you to come and feel nurtured and at ease. Both practitioners are professional and practical

Is there any recommended after care?  

Although it is your choice what you do after treatments. We recommend that you drink extra water, eat a light meal, get some fresh air and rest as much as possible. This enables the healing process to take place. It is common to feel tired, cold, drowsy or sensitive after treatments and therapy. It is also common to feel invigorated, energised, vital and free.  We invite you to welcome your experience.
