On this TCM Information Day, We will look at the Yin Yang Theory, Balance and Harmony and The Meridians with Acupoint selection. An introduction to 5 Element Theory and how it can be adapted to Complementary Therapy modalities.
It has become more understood that the body and everything is made of Qi energy and that in order to maintain balance and harmony, a continuous practice of health and well-being is necessary.
