A firm favourite on the Level3 Aromatherapy Diploma is making your own facial oil, so it has to be included in the Self Care Society sessions. You can buy a Fine Tuning Remedy Kit that will get you set up to follow along to the video...and then you will be able to make your facial oil for yourself afterwards too.

(This does not qualify you to use this facial oil in your practice on clients, it is for self care only - unless you are an aromatherapist already, then feel free to use this recipe for your clients).
Facial Oils can be used daily as part of your skin care routine. Light nourishing, non greasy and super beneficial for your skin. You will learn about skin care and skin types with a little theory on safety and application. I will talk about the benefits of the ingredients that we will be using, then you will learn how to mix it all together.
