This blended training combines in-depth online study with immersive, hands-on practical teaching, allowing you to fully understand, embody, and confidently deliver these powerful techniques in your own practice. Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLDM) is a gentle yet highly effective technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, supporting the removal of congestion and stagnation within the body. Through subtle, rhythmic movements, this treatment encourages the flow of lymph and interstitial fluid, while also supporting the immune system and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. MLDM is deeply restorative and can help to reduce oedema, improve skin tone, support detoxification, and encourage tissue regeneration. Wood Therapy offers a more dynamic and sculpting approach, using beautifully crafted wooden tools made from 100% natural beech wood. - This course is suitable for those who have a certificate in Level 3 Full Body Massage and A & P.
- All items required for the Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Woodd Therapy Course will be provided on the day.
- This course will award you 7CPD points and is accredited by The Complementary Medical Association and IPHM and is insurable through Westminster Insurance.
